Dubai Fashion Week (DFW) Fall/Winter 2011 season will run from 19th Apr to 23rd Apr 2011 in Zabeel Hall at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Dubai Fashion Week Spring Summer 2011 was one of the great fashion weeks held around the world.
Returning to the fashion show this year is Hassan Sheheryar Yasin who has always been a Dubai Fashion Week (DFW) highlight with his elegant and glamorous fusion of modern and traditional designs and Rabia Z, whose collection is inspired and targeted towards the modern Muslim women and defines her world of fashion as a world where modesty is style among many other stand alone collections.
Dubai Fashion Week as one of the most important components of fashion designs industry, providing a one of its kind regional avenue to give designers the opportunity to showcase their seasonal collections twice every year to all industry stakeholders. This year we have 49 designers participating for DFW FW2011, which include 20 Arab designers, of which 8 are UAE nationals.”
Also showcasing will be this season’s Emerging Talent winners: Polish, (E.G.O. gurgaczio), Sarah Mrad, Lebanese, (Sarah Mrad), and Sophie Wanney, Azadeh Zandi, Syrian, (Voguish), Kay Li, Chinese, Anna Gurgacz, (Fight to Survive), Sara Al Refai, Syrian (Gypsy Girl), German (Fiokafini).
Grand Finals will showcase the collection Rajesh Pratap Singh; the international face of contemporary Indian fashion industry, whose creativity & ingenuity has consistently impressed the fashion audience.

This season also sees Dubai Fashion Week (DFW partnering with Dubai Cares as an exclusive ‘charity partner’ considering its commitment to CSR among many new event sponsors and media partners.
